Analisis Peranan Sekretaris Dalam Menangani Tugas Sekretaris Demi Mencapai Efektivitas Kerja Pada Environment And Social Responsibility (ESR) Division PT Astra International Tbk. Program Studi DIII Sekretari. Jurusan Ekonomi Dan Administrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about the role of secretary as any problems encountered in it. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data through library and observation. From writing result can concluded the secretary role on Environment And Social Responsibility (ESR) Division PT Astra International Tbk is not good enough it’s seems from bad time management to finish work assighnments, the handling telephone facility isn’t sufficient so that information can be pending. Therefore, the suggestions are the secretary have to slow the good role with use time efficiently, follow secretary training about tasks of secretary, and make something new creations to handling the telephone. Key Word: The role of secretary role, the duties of the secretary, descriptive analysis, observation, through library, time management.
