Abstract

HERLINDA BANOWATI ASMORO. 2010. 8143108200. Analisis Disiplin KPada Kementerian Sosial RI.Program Studi D-III Sekretari.Jurusan Ekonomi Administrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about labor discipline at KementeriSosial RI. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching datathrough library and observation. The benefits of labor discipline is improving optimal results in orderfacilitate the company to achieve the goals. The problems that happenes are someof the employees are not utilize of office hours effectively, employees do not wuniforms and employees do not work effectively. From writing result can concluded that in everyorganization requireddiscipline that is working well withthe application of good discipline supervision of each company to create a company successin achieving objectives.
