Abstract

SYIFA FAUZIAH ZEN. 2010. 8143108196. Analisis Sumber Daya Manusia Pada PT PLN Disjaya (Persero). Program Studi D-III Sekretari. Jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Scientific aims to find out about the human resources Disjaya to PT PLN (Persero). The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the methods of data collection through literature study and observation. As for the benefits of human resources is increasing optimal results in order to facilitate the company to achieve its objectives. The problem that occurs is the lack of knowledge of employees to work, lack of human resources to fill in the position of the division. From the results of the writing can be seen that in every organization human resources necessary work better is with workforce planning, workforce development, and performancen appraisal of each company to create a company's success in achieving its objectives.
