Abstract
Atik Sukriati. , 2009. Professional Employees in PT Abadi Tosama DIII Studies Program Department of Economic and Administrative Secretary. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. Scientific work aims to determine the professionalism of employees of PT Tosama Abadi. The research method I use is descriptive analysis method. Where research is conducted by collecting data, compiling and analyzing data as well as through literature study and observation. From the results it can be seen writing the professionalism of employees is determined by the level of employee capabilities, as reflected through everyday behavior in organizations. the ability of employees to achieve organizational goals previously. key word: profession
