Abstract

AULIA AMINI 8143097520.Analisis Penempatan Pegawai Pada Kementerian Perhubungan, Program Studi D III Sekretari. Jurusan Ekonomi dan Administrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Scientific work aims to determine the performance of human resources at the Ministry of Transportation. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with observational methods. The analysis performed also with an overview of the issues under study and draw conclusions that are specific and compares the theoretical basis and presents the data in order to obtain a clear picture of the issues. From the research results can be seen that the performance of human resources at the Ministry of Transportation is not good, there is a shortage of human resources and lack of knowledge possessed by its human resources.
