Abstract
Isnaini Mulyafif, 2017; The Influence Of Training And Compensation On Employees Perfomance At Perumnas Pusat Jakarta Timur. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resources Management Concentration, Study Program of Management, Departement of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study is: 1) To know the description of the training, compensation and employees perfomance at Perumnas Pusat, 2) To know the infuluence of training on employees perfomance at Perumnas Pusat, 3) To know the infuluence of compensation on employees perfomance at Perumnas Pusat, 4) To know the infuluence of training and compensation on employees perfomance at Perumnas Pusat. The research model used in this study used regression analysis. This research was conducted on 121 employees from various divisions in Perumnas Pusat Jakarta Pusat. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. Technique of collecting data using survey method which then processed by using statistic analysis program SPSS 22.0. The results of the partial significance test show that training and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of the model feasibility test show that training and compensation can predict the performance of employees at Perumnas Pusat Jakarta Timur.
