ITA JAYANTI PUSPITASARI. 2012. 8143097509. Analysis Leadership Style at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Program studi DIII Sekretari. Jurusan Ekonomi & Administrasi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about leadership style at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)Tbk. Research method that used is descriptive analysis; with using data though library and observation. From Writing result can concluded that leadership needs a wise and democratic leader and not an authoritarian leader. A good leader is the person who give motivation for the employees to work hard to get organization’s goal. Key Word: Leadership Style
