Abstract
Lidya Wulandari, 2017; The Influence Of Work Stress, and Motivation on Performance of Employees at PT Suprabakti Mandiri. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research purpose are: 1) To know the description about work stress and motivation of employees at PT Suprabakti Mandiri, 2) To test the influence of work stress on of employees at PT Suprabakti Mandiri, 3) To test the influence of motivation on performance of employees at PT Suprabakti Mandiri. The sample of this research are 75 employees of staff employees at PT. Superex Raya. Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 24. This research using descriptive and explanato analysis. The results of regression showed that work environment have significant effect on performance, motivation have significant effect on performance. The Rvalue are 0.899 or 89,9%. This show that 89,9% of performance are influenced by work stress and motivation, while the rest 10,1% influenced by other factors. Keywords : Work Stress, Motivation, Performance
