Abstract

Prasetyo Raharjo, 2017: The Influence Of Work Motivation And Work Environment On Job Satisfaction At Employees At Central Jakarta’s Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT). Thesis, Jakarta: Human Resources Management Concentration, Study Program S1 Management, Management Department, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The purpose of this study are: 1) To know the description of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction. 2) To know the effect of Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction. 3) To know the influence of Work Environment on Job Satisfaction. 4) To know the influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment together to Job Satisfaction. Data collection techniques were conducted by distributing questionnaires, which were then processed using SPSS 20. Questionnaires were used as data collection methods. The number of samples in the study were 81 respondents of Human Resources and Organization (SDMO) employees at the Central Jakarta Technology Implementation and Appraisal Agency (BPPT). Data collection techniques used are Nonprobability Sampling Quota Sampling. The result of this research shows 1) Work Motivation have positive and significant effect to Job Satisfaction mean that if job motivation is high then job satisfaction will be high, 2) Work Environment has positive and significant effect to Job Satisfaction means if employees feel the work environment get high, Then their job satisfaction will be high. 3), Work Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction means that if employees feel that high work motivation and supported by a good work environment, then employee job satisfaction will be high.
