Abstract
Rahmat Ardiva Secahyo, 2017 ; The Effect of Workload and Work Environment to Job Satisfaction at PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara : Concentration in Human Resources Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To know description for the workload, work environment, and job satisfaction of PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara. 2) Test emprically effect of workload towards job satisfaction of PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara. 3) Test emprically effect of work environment towards job satisfaction of PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara. 4) Test emprically effect of workload and work environment towards job satisfaction of PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara. The analysis implemented in this study is decriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 83 staff level employee of PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara. This research using simple random sampling. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires were then processed using SPSSS 21. The results show that 1) Workload have significant and negative effect on job satisfaction at PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara. 2) Work environment have significant and positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara. 3) ) Workload and work environment simultaneously have significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara with F count (59,983) > F table (3,11) and significance value (0,000 < 0,05). The adjusted R 2 value are 0,590 or 59%. This show that 59% job satisfaction at PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara are effected by workload and work environment while the rest 41% effected by other factors. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction
