Abstract
ABSTRACT Fitri Mulyasari, The Correlation between headmaster leadership with educational service quality at SMA Triwibawa Central Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta : Concentration of Economic and Administration Department, Economic Faculty, State University of Jakarta, July 2012. Purpose of this research is to find correlatin between headmaster leadership with educational service quality at SMA Triwibawa Central Jakarta. The period of the research was three month, since February 2012 until Apri 2012. The research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research were teachers SMA Triwibawa central Jakarta, while the sampling were 30 teachers with survey technique. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 3.34 + 0.80 X. The analysis conditional test proved the validation on variable X is normal distributed. It is proved by the calculation that used Lilliefors test that indicates L count (0,00824) < Ltable (0,161). At the hypothesis test the significant and linear regression test are using Analysis of Variance (Anava) table. The result of the significant regression test indicates Fcount (16.70) < Ftable (4,20). It state the formula of regression is significant. The result of the linear regression test indicates Fcount (-.76) < Ftable (2.42). It state the regression model is linear. The coefficient of correlation counted by Product Moment formula by Pearson indicates rxy = 0.612 while the result of correlation coefficient significant test indicates tcount = 4.10 and ttable = 1.701. Because the result shows t tcount > ttable the research indicates there is a significant correlation between headmaster leadership with educational service quality at sma triwibawa central Jakarta. The counted of determination coefficient test indicates the variance of variable Y 0.375 is determined by variable X.
