Abstract

ABSTRACT DODDI NURCAHYO, INCREASE THE RESULT OF STUDY IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP LESSON BY USING THE PORTFOLIO LEARNING MODEL AT SMK KAWULA INDONESIA. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2014 This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of portfolio-based learning model in Entrepreneurship subjects. With the implementation of portfolio-based learning model is expected to assist in the understanding of the students in the learning process so that it automatically gives the effect on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted by the method of action research conducted for 3 months, starting in November 2013 and ending in January 2014 , with over 2 cycles. The research subject of this class action is class X 2 Office Administration in East Jakarta Indonesia vocational subjects on the subjects of entrepreneurship. In practice, this study conducted repeatedly by following predetermined stages of the cycle so that the attainment of the objectives of portfolio-based learning model, an indicator of student learning outcomes seen improved student learning outcomes obtained after a process of learning by using a portfolio-based learning model. The results of this study show that implementation of portfolio-based learning model has a positive influence on the improvement of student learning outcomes. Portfolio-based learning model of success can be achieved due to the cooperation between researchers and students. Based on the data obtained, proceeds from the class average on the first cycle, while in the second cycle 69.4 74.5 an increase of 6.85%. Therefore, the application of portfolio-based learning model is expected to be implemented by educators (in addition to the subjects of entrepreneurship educators) as an innovation in the learning process so that it can help the learning process of students.
