Abstract

ABSTRACT BALKIS RAMADANI ISKANDAR. Influence of Motivation, Food Quality, Destination Image, towards Satisfaction and its Impacts to Revisit Intention on Culinary Tourism in Kota Bogor (Survey on Tourists in Padjajaran Street Area in Bogor City). Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta in 2016. The purpose of this research are to: (1) examine empirically the effect of motivation to satisfaction on culinary tour in Bogor City, (2) the effect of food quality to satisfaction on culinary tour in Bogor City, (3) the effect of destination image to satisfaction on culinary tour in Bogor City, (4) the effect of satisfaction to revisit intention on culinary tour in Bogor City, (5) the effect of motivation to revisit intention on culinary tour in Bogor City, and (6) the effect of destination image to revisit intention on culinary tour in Bogor City. This research used survey methods for collecting data. The object of this research is 200 respondents who had visited on culinary tour minimum once in the last six months. Pilot research were conducted to 50 respondents. This research used SPSS software version 22 and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS 22 version. Hypothesis testing showed that: (1) the motivation has negative and not significance effect to satisfaction, (2) the food quality has a positive effect and significance on satisfaction, (3) the destination image has not significant effect to satisfaction, (4) the satisfaction has a positive effect and significance on revisit intention, (5) the motivation has a positive effect and significance on revisit intention, (6) the destination image has not significant effect to revisit intention. This research showed fit model value with a P value of 0.550, the value CMIN/DF of 1.127, TLI value for 0.975, CFI value for 0.979 also RMSEA value of 0.025. The results of this research beneficial to Bogor city authorities nor the owner, to create better strategies in order to improve tourist satisfaction and revisit intention on culinary tour in Bogor City.
