Abstract

ABSTRACT Diah Rakhmi Anitasari, 2016; The Influence Of Motivation and Training on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Asuransi Jasaraharja Putera (JPINSURANCE). Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research purpose are: 1) To know the description about motivation, training and organizational citizenship behavior at PT Asuransi Jasaraharja Putera, 2) To test empirically the influence of motivation on organizational citizenship behavior PT Asuransi Jasaraharja Putera, 3) To test empirically the influence of training on organizational citizenship behavior PT Asuransi Jasaraharja Putera, 4) To test empirically the influence of motivation and training on organizational citizenship behavior PT Asuransi Jasaraharja Putera, 5) To know how much contribution of motivation and training on organizational citizenship behavior PT Asuransi Jasaraharja Putera. The sample of this research are 96 employees of PT Asuransi Jasaraharja Putera.. Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 22. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that motivation has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and training has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Motivation and training simultaneously have significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with Fcount (86.808) > F (3.094) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). The adjusted R2 table value are 0.644 or 64,4%. This show that 64,4% of employee organizational citizenship behavior are influenced by motivation and training while the rest 35,6% influenced by other factors.
