Abstract
ABSTRACT Tri Yunisha, 2016; The Influence of Compensation and Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction at PT. Maxindo International Nusantara Indah. Skripsi, Jakarta : Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To find a description of the compensation, organizational climate and job satisfaction in PT. Maxindo International Nusantara Indah, 2) To determine whether there is influence of compensation on job satisfaction PT. Maxindo International Nusantara Indah, 3) To determine whether there is influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction PT. Maxindo International Nusantara Indah, 4) To determine whether there is influence of compensation and organizational climate simultaneously on job satisfaction PT. Maxindo International Nusantara Indah. The sample of this research are 62 employees of PT. Maxindo International Nusantara Indah. Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 22.0. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The Results of regression showed that compensation has significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational climate has significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation and organizational climate simultaneously have significant effect on job satisfaction with F (25.724)> F table (3.15) and significance value (0.000 <0.05). R 2 value are 0.466 or 46.6%. It shows that 46.6% of employee job are influenced by compensation and organizational climate, while the rest 53.4% is influenced by other factors.
