Abstract

ABSTRACT Alfiyah Nur Fadhilah, 2016; The Influence of Work Discipline and Organizational Culture Against Organizational Commitments at PT. Supernova Cikarang. Skripsi: Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) To know description for work discipline, organizational culture and organizational commitment at PT. Supernova Cikarang, 2) To determine whether there is influence of work discipline on organizational commitment at PT. Supernova Cikarang, 3) To determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment at PT. Supernova Cikarang, 4) To determine whether there is an influence of work discipline and organizational culture simultaneously on organizational commitment at PT. Supernova Cikarang, This research is taken to 70 employees of PT. Supernova Cikarang the technique of. Data collection technique used survey method ny distributing , wich are then processed using SPSS 21.0. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression indicate that there is positive influence and significant between work discipline to organizational commitment and there is positive influence and significant between organiztional culture to organizational commitment. Work discipline and organizational culture simultaneously positive influence and significant to organizational commitment through Fcount> Ftable (35. 862> 3.13) and significant value (0.000 <0.05). This research has figured out of score of work discipline and organizational culture on organizational commitmen is 48.3% through the result of R2 influenced explained by other factors.
