Abstract
ABSTRACT MIRANTI SITI FATIMAH. The Influence of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture Toward Discipline of Work Civil Servents in The Ministry of Rural Development Lagging Regions and Transmigration, South Jakarta. Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2016. The purpose of this research are 1) to determine the level of employee motivation in Setditjen P2KT. 2) To determine the organization culture which applied in Setditjen P2MKT. 3) to determine the influence of work motivation on work discipline in Setditjen P2MKT. 4) to determine the influence of organizational culture on work discipline in Setditjen P2MKT. 5) to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture by simultanously on work discipline in Setditjen P2MKT. Research carried out by census method on 70 employees at the Ministry of Rural Development and Transmigration. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research showed work motivation in Setditjen P2MKT have been in medium level. Organization culture in Setditjen P2MKT have been in low level and than have indicate either simultaneous or partial work motivation and organizational culture positive and significant effect on work discipline.
