Abstract

ABSTRACT Adhisty Prastica, 2015; Influence of location and price perception on Customer Satisfaction The broad objective of this research are: 1) Testing empirically the effect of the location of the customer satisfaction Marcopolo Waterpark Serpong 2) Testing empirically the effect of price perception towards customer satisfaction Marcopolo Waterpark Serpong. Empirically examine the influence of the location and price perception together to customer satisfaction Marcopolo Waterpark Serpong. Analysis Unit is a member of the Marcopolo Waterpark Serpong. Observation Unit is 150 respondents. Quantitative research using study design, causal and descriptive approach, research was conducted by using purposive sampling method. Based on the research results obtained by multiple linear regression equation Y = 6792 + 0290 X1 + 0451 X . The data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed: 1) The location of the customer satisfaction and a positive significant effect. 2) price perception to customer satisfaction and a positive significant effect 3) The location and price perception towards customer satisfaction significantly and positively influence.
