Abstract

ABSTRACT Jan Priyanto, 2016; Influence of compensation and career development production department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Suzuki Indomobil. Skripsi: Bekasi, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are:.1) Know the system of compensation, development, career and job satisfaction of employees of the factory at PT. Indomobil Suzuki.2.) To determine whether there is influence between compensation towards job satisfaction of employees of the factory of PT. SuzukiIndomobil.3). To find out if there are influences of interrelations between career development towards job satisfaction of employees of PT SuzukiIndomobil factory.4.) To determine whether there is influence between compensation and career development are jointly against the job satisfaction of employees of PT SuzukiIndomobil factory. The analysis implemented in this research is descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 133 employees painting department Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Suzuki Indomobil, while data collection by using questionnaire and cultivated processed using SPSS 21. The analysis showed that: 1)the compensation in a company is given properly, then the employees will feel sated against pekerjaanny, need to pay attention to the variable factors have been examined, because these factors are proven to affect high low job satisfaction.2)the Compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction with the Carrier development significantly influence job satisfaction. All four variables have a positive relationship, which indicates the improvement of the other variables to be better anyway. Keywords: Compensation, Career Development, Job Satisfaction
