Abstract

ABSTRACT Larasaty Aprillia, 2012; The Influence of Leadership Style, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee’s Organizational Commitment (Case Study in THE JAYAKARTA SP JAKARTA HOTEL & SPA). Skripsi, Jakarta: Human Resource Department Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know the description of leadership style, work stress, job satisfaction and employee’s organizational commitment at Jayakarta Hotel. 2) To test empirically the influence of leadership style on job stress at Jayakarta Hotel. 3) To test empirically the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction at Jayakarta Hotel. 4) To know about the influence of test empirically the influence of job stress on job satisfaction at Jayakarta Hotel. 5) To test empirically the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment at Jayakarta Hotel. 6) To test empirically the influence of job stress on organizational commitment at Jayakarta Hotel. 7) To test empirically the influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at Jayakarta Hotel. The analysis which implemented in this research was descriptive analysis and explanatory analysis. The Data were collected from 120 employees of Jayakarta Hotel. The data collected by using questionnaire and cultivated processed by using AMOS 18. The result showed that: 1) leadership style has a significant influence on Job stress. 2) leadership style has a significant influence on job satisfaction. 3) Job stress has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. 4) leadership style has a significant influence on employee’s organizational commitment. 5) Job stress has a significant influence on employee’s organizational commitment. 6) job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee’s organizational commitment.
