Abstract
ABSTRACT Octafiana Santi Dwihapasari, 2013; Analysis of Work Stress, Organizational Commitmen and Turnover Intentions at PT. Bank X Tbk, Region I Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know about the influence of work stress on turnover intention 2) To know about the influence of work stress on organizational commitment. 3) To know about the influence of organizational commitment on turnover intention. 4) The effect of work stress on staff turnover intention with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Analysis conducted in this study is simple linear analysis and path analysis. Research carried out by the method of judgement sampling of 73 employee at the PT. Bank X, Tbk regionI, while the techniques of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires, and then processed using SPSS 17.0. The result showed that: 1) work stress has a significant and positively influence on turnover intention. 2) work stress stress has a significant and negatively on organizational commitment. 3) organizational commitment has a significant and negatively on turnover intention 4) organizational commitment disable to be mediator to describe the effect work stress on staff turnover intention. Through this research are expected to the management of PT. Bank X, Tbk minimize the stress of work section Personal Banking Officer (PBO) PT. Bank X, TBK which gave rise to the desire to move (turnover intention) and pay attention to the perception of organizational commitment to instill that commitment is a necessity that should have joined the company since the beginning.
