Abstract
ABSTRACT Junita leonsius, 2013; Influence of Organizational Commitment and personality traits towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Jakarta. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know the description for organizational commitment, personality traits and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Jakarta 2) To know the influence of organizational commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Jakarta. 3) To know the influence of personality traits towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Jakarta. 4) To know the influence of organizational commitment and personality traits towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Jakarta. The analysis implemented in this research are simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The method of this research is simple random sampling, that took 102 employees at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) , data collected by using quitionaire and cultivated using SPSS 20.0. The result of t test for organizational commitment is 4.003, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is a significant effect between organizational commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The result of t test for personality traits is 4.452, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is a sigificant effect between personality traits towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The result of F test is 14.098, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is a significant effect between organizational commitment and personality traits towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The result of R2 is 0.222 or 22.2%. It means Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB ) is affected by job satisfaction and organizational commitment as much as 22.2%. Keywords: organizational commitment,personality traits, OCB.
