Abstract

ABSTRACT Riandi T, 2014: The Influence of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Organizational Commitment PT. Alfa Tersia Consultant. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) To know the description about work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees of PT. Alfa Tersia Consultant 2) To empirically test the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Alfa Tersia Consultant 3) To empirically test the influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Alfa Tersia Consultant. The analysis conducted in this study was descriptive and correlational analysis. The study was conducted on 44 permanent employees of PT. Alfa Tersia Consultants using simple random sampling method. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 16.0. The results showed that: 1) work motivation on organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence 2) job satisfaction on organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence.
