Vidia Gusmita. 2014. 8143145175. Analisis Sistem Penyimpanan Surat Masuk Pada Sub. Bagian Gaji di Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Program Studi D3 Sekretari. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The paper has a purpose to know about the incoming mail storage systems at Sub. Bagian gaji in Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data through library and observation. Writing result can concluded than the archive storage system at Sub. Bagian Gaji in Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai classified as not suitable based archive storage systems, it is seen from archive cumulstion, and archive strorage that is incompatible. Then a solution that can solve the problem of buildup on Archives is head of the Sub. Bagian Gaji make a SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to reduce the buildup of the archive. Another solution to resolve the problem on a filing system is head of the Sub. Bagian Gaji should be decided on the appropriate filing system with data management employees systems using the alphabet.
