Abstract
ABSTRACT Lingga Perwira 8215099334. The Influence Of Advertising And Pricing On Purchasing Decision At PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Depok Branch. Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program of S1 Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, January 2012. The purpose of this study is to describe clearly about advertising, pricing, purchasing decisions to PT JNE. Measure how the influence of advertising on purchase decisions, this study also measured how the influence of pricing to purchasing decision, besides this research also measure how the effect is joint between advertising and pricing to purchasing decision to PT JNE. This study used descriptive and causal. The samples taken are users JNE amount of 141 respondents. Promotional activities applied by PT. JNE one of which is advertising. Currently JNE has done advertising, such as providing brochures to customers, banners, billboards. JNE pricing based on service type, the destination will be sent, and the weight of the goods. Results of hypothesis testing through t test shows the influence of advertising variable to variable purchase decision, the effect pricing variable to the purchasing decision, while F test show advertising and pricing jointly influence to the purchasing decisions. Based on the determination of the coefficient of 35.1%. then the variation of 35.1% of the purchase decision is determined by a variable advertising and price.
