Abstract

ABSTRACT Try Utomo, 2012; Influence of Work Environment, Compensation and Organizational Commitment towards Employee Job Satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. Skripsi: Jakarta, Human Resource Management Concentration, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for the work environment, compensation, organizational commitment and employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. 2) Test empirically influence of work environment towards employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. 3) Test empirically influence of compensation towards employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. 4) Test empirically influence of organizational commitment towards employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. 5) Test empirically influence of work environment, compensation and organizational commitment towards employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. The analysis implemented in this research are descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 120 employees PNS class III in Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto, while data collection by using quitionaire and cultivated processed using LISREL 8.80 for student and AMOS 18. The analysis showed that: 1) the installation of each unit or hospitalization need to consider variable factors that have been studied, because these factors shown to affect the level of job satisfaction. 2) the work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the p-value of 0.013. 3) Compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction with the pvalue of 0.027. 4) Commitment to the organization significantly influence job satisfaction with the p-value of 0.000. 5) All four variables have a positive relationship, which indicates the improvement of the other variables to be better anyway.
