Abstract

MUHAMMAD GHONI. 2009. 8223097586. The Impact of Service Quality To Purchase Decision Handphone Customer Survey at Global Teleshop Cibubur Junction Branch. Progam Study DIII Marketing Manajemen, Department of Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta.. Scientific work aims to determine the impact of service quality to purchase decision handphone customer survey. The method used in this study is a descriptive study with data colecting through study literature, questionnaires, and observations in Global Teleshop Cibubur Junction Brance. From the writing of scientific work is that the service quality is become one of factor making purchase decision. The research was conducted on 117 responden customer handphone in Global Teleshop. The sample was selected using the slovin formula. Measuring devices used are likert scale. Results of analysis of data showed that service quality impact purchase decision by 4%, indicating that the service quality had a role increasing purchase decision with percentage of 4%.
