Abstract

TITIK UTAMI. 2012. 8223097582. Analysis of Personal Selling at Allianz Life Insurance in Indonesia. DIII study program in Marketing Management. Department of Management. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. Scientific work aims to find out about managing sales force at the Allianz Life Insurance Indonesian. . The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method of data collection through literature study, interview, documentation and observation. From the results of the writing can be seen that pmomotional activities conducted by Allianz Life Insurance Indonesian in marketing insurance products mostly throught personal selling activities by agents. As the focus of this research is the managing of sales force at Allianz Life Insurance Indonesian there are; Designing sales force strategy and structure; Recruiting and selecting sales people; Training sales people; Compensating sales people; Supervising sales people; Evaluating sales people. Using the SWOT analysis can be concluded that the Allianz Life Insurance Indonesian has Strength network marketing is a broad (national and international), the Weakness there are some leaders in terms of oversight of agents also have less than the maximum, Opportunities of cooperation in a way that is proposed to company, and has the Thread that the entry of new competitors in the the insurance industry.
