Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the application of Total Quality Management in PT X and how is the succession rate of Total Quality Management measured from the Product Failure Expense. This research is using Descriptive Analysis Method and the datas are collected through Observation and Interview. From this research can be concluded that the application of Total Quality Management is running effective and efficiently, this conclusion can be accuired from the Quality Expense analysis which shows the increasing of Prevention Expenses are decreasing the Product Failure Expense on the company. Key Word : Quality Cost, Total Quality Management, Product Failure
