RODIATUL ADAWIYAH. 2011. 8323118242. Analysis of the difference between budget and actual cost of the housing project at PT Rizky Anugerah Sakti. Diploma III Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Made budget at inappropriate planning process or differ when its, difference of the budget realization will give impacts to many matter, if between budget which have been compiled with its realization there are difference which is material hence the difference can be expesed as difference of varians. A purpose this research is 1) to determine the difference (varians) of the budget and actual cost of project development at the grand house ciasem PT RIZKY ANUGERAH SAKTI, 2) to determaine the factors contributing to the difference between the budget and actual cost of the project company. The reason for selecting tis topic because the difference between budget and actual of company. The methode used in this research study is quantitative descriptiv, analysis using primary data and information obtained by performing the collection, compilation, classification data, and calculate then interpret the data and translate finding to describe the field. From result of the analysis can know that PT Rizky Anugerah Sakti as a whole experience of benefical difficial difference though the existence of some factor can cause loss to company.
