Abstract
ABSTRACT Tasya Gina Pratiwi, 2015: The Effects of Tax Audit Professionalism, Work Motivation, Usage Information System Performance to Regional Tax Office in East Jakarta. Advisors: (1) IndraPahala, SE.,MS (2) SantiSusanti. Spd.M.Ak. This study aimed to test the Influence of Tax Audit Professionalism, Work Motivation, Usage Information System Performance to Regional Tax Office in East Jakarta. This study uses primary data by a population of Employees in East Jakarta Tax Services Office. This study used random sampling proportional by the number of respondents 64. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the analysis conducted in this study it can be concluded that the results of the analysis via the F test stating that tax inspectors professionalism, motivation, use of information systems equally affect the performance of the tax office. Partial testing by t-test stating that tax inspector’s professionalism, work motivation, use of information systems has a significant positive effect on the performance of the tax office.
