Abstract
Marina Fitriani 2017; The Influence of Organizational Culture and Compensation on Employee Discipline at PT Endorse Makmur Selaras. The purpose of this research is to test and know: 1) Description Organizational culture, compensation and employee work discipline at PT Endorse Makmur Selaras, 2) The influence of organizational culture on employee work discipline at PT Endorse Makmur Selaras, 3) The effect of compensation on employee work discipline at PT Endorse Makmur Selaras, 4) The influence of organizational culture and compensation on work discipline at PT Endorse Makmur Selaras. This research method using descriptive and explanatory method. Sampling technique using saturated sampling/census as many as 47 respondents who workas staff at PT Endorse Makmur Selaras aligned. Data collection techniques use primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method using SPSS version 22.0 statistical application program. The results of this study are: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work discipline of employees at PT Endorse Makmur Selaras, 2) Compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee work discipline at PT Endorse Makmur Selaras, 3) Organizational culture and compensation have an affects simultaneously or together against the employee work discipline of PT Endorse Makmur Selaras.
