Abstract

ABSTRACT PUNGKY AYU LESTARI. Correlation between Job Satisfaction with Productivity at PT Hiba Utama Cabang Taxiku in Cakung, Jakarta: Study Program of Economics Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. June 2015. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlation between Job Satisfaction with Productivity intention at employee PT Hiba Utama Cabang Taxiku in Cakung,Jakarta. This research have been done for three month since February 2015 until May 2015. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, while the data is got from instrument to PT Hiba Utama Cabang Taxiku. The populations research consist of all employee of PT Hiba Utama Cabang Taxiku Cakung with total 168 employees,while the Affordable populations consist of Servis employee ofPT Hiba Utama Cabang Taxiku Cakung with total 126 employees, and employees for sampling total 95 employyes. To encompass data from X variabel aboutJob Satisfaction that was get through data that intention using questionnaire and data Y variabel about productivityget through data that was given by company. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 1,653 + 0,010 X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,049 and L =0,091in significant level 0.05, so L count < L Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. table. For regression sigificance test and the result is, F count table (1,32) > F (1,64). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test,F count (1,32) < F (1,64), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is r table = 0,590 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, t xy (7,61) < -t (1,67). It means that there are significance and positive correations between job satisfaction with productivity. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 35,53%, it means that Productivity to employee variable determined by 34,82% Job Satisfaction variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive correlations between job satisfaction with productivity intention to employee. Keywords:Job satisvaction, Productivity
