Abstract

This scientific paper aims to know about discipline of work at Citra Vita Buana Company. Research method that used in this scientific paper is alalysis descriptive with searching observation and research library. From the result of the writting can be seen that to increase discipline of work employees needed the cooperation between employees and management company to obey the rules. Good discipline will be create by the self awareness employess, supervision, firmness leader and sanctions. Keyword: Discipline of work
