Abstract
ABSTRACT MARIA VALENTINA. The Influence Self Efficacy and Motivation Toward Job Perfomance on Employee PT Surya Mustika Nusantara. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration in Office Administration Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty Economics, State University of Jakarta 2015. This research conducted to find out if there is Influence Self Efficacy and Motivation of Job Perfomance on Employee PT Surya Mustika Nusantara. This research was conducted for two months starting November until December 2014. The research method used is survey method with causality approach. This is the entire population of affordable employee research is part of the marketing of 75 people. The sample used as many as 65 people using simple random sampling technique. Job Perfomance data achieved from sekunder data performance appraisal directed from PT Surya Mustika Nusantara for period of December 2014, X variabel (Self Efficacy) using replica New General Self Efficacy (NGSE) and X2 1 variabel (Motivation) using skala Likert. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 17.0. from the result of F-test, found that Self Efficacy and Motivation simultaneously influence to Job Perfomance seen from F count (30.294) > F tabel (3,15). T-test result in t count of X (Self Efficacy) registration 4,497 and –t tabel of 1,67, because 4,497 < -t tabel 1 (1,67) then declared self efficacy has significant direct influence on job performance. While t (motivation) of 3,838 and t tabel 1,67, because t count > t then it can be inferred that there was a significant direct influence between motivation of the job performance. Based on the research path analysis, the magnitude of the influence of self efficacy (X1) which directly on job performance (Y) is 0,202 or 20,2% and the effect was moderated by motivation (X2tabel) is 0,275% or 27,5%. In addition to the magnitude of the effect of motivation (X2) which is directly on job performance (Y) is 0,147 or 14,7%. Conclussions of this study is that there are influences between self efficacy and motivation to job performance of PT. Surya Mustika Nusantara.
