Abstract
VICKA PRAMUDYA PUTRA, The Correlation Between Work Environmental With Job Satisfaction At Employees On PT. PLN (Persero) area Ciputat. A Skripsi, Jakarta. Study Program Of Commerce Education, Departement of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. This study aimed at obtaining empirical data and facts which are authentic, valid, and reliable on The Correlation Between Work Environmental With Job Satisfaction at Employees On PT. PLN (Persero) area Ciputat. This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) area Ciputat, for five months, from february to june 2012. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The population in this study is employees of PT. PLN (Persero) area Ciputat. The Possible populations is employees of PT. PLN (Persero) area ciputat which employment working at Distribution division is 35 employees. The tchnique which used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 32 employees. Analysis of condition test, which is normality error test for regression approximates of X on Y with lilifors test, result in Lcount = 0.1352., while L table is 0.1566, because L count < L table then the normality error test of Y on X distributed normal.the resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 93.96 + 0.61X. Significance regression results in F count > F table is 11,46 > 4,17, it is mean that the regression equation is significance. Testing linearity of regression produces F count < F table is 1,04 < 2,93, thus concluded that the equation is linear. Results of hypothesis test which pearson product momenth shows that rxy = 0.527, then significance of product moment corretional test using the t-test produced tcount= 3,393 > ttable=1.70. it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.527 is significance. The coefficient of determination was 27,73% which indicated that variation of Job satisfaction is determined by Work Environmental and 72,27% determinated other factor.
