Abstract

NOVI LANJAR SARI, The Correlation between Culture Organization and Motivation with The Employee Performance of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah in Jakarta. Study Program of Commerce Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah in Jakarta, for four months, starting from March 2018 to June 2018. The purpose of this study is to determine correlation between culture organization with the employee performance and correlation between work motivation with the employee performance of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah in Jakarta. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach, population used are all employee Badan Kepegawaian Daerah in Jakarta. The Sampling technique used was by purposive sampling as many as 100 people. The resulting regression equatuin is Ŷ = 21,817 + 0,357 X1 + 0,394 X2. Test requirements analysis that a test of normality with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0.05 and produces significant level is 0,80 for Y, 0,200 for X1, and 0,80 for X2. Because significant level of that third variables > 0,05 so the data is normally distribution. Testing Linearity of regression produces Fcount < Ftable is 1,144 < 3,09 for X1 to Y and 0,948 < 3,09 for X2 to Y, so it is concluded that the linear equation regression. Hypothesis testing from the significant regression X1 and X2 to Y produces Fcount > Ftable which 48,687 > 3,09, so it is concluded that the regression equation is significant. Than performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and resulting tcount = 5,248 and ttable = 1,66071 for X1 to Y and resulting tcount = 6,020 and ttable = 1,66071 for X2 to Y. So it can conclude that the correlation coefficient is positive and significant. The coefficient determination obtained Y over X1 and X2 is 0,501 which show that 50 % of the variant of performance variable is determined by culture organization and work motivation.
