Abstract
CICI ROSDIANA, 8105145133. The Effect of Work Stress and Work Environtment on Turnover Intention at Employees of Production Division PT. Grand Kartech in Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environtment on Turnover Intention at employees of Division Production PT. Grand Kartech in Jakarta. This research was conducted from March to June 2018. The research method used is survey method. The research population is employees of production ivision PT.Grand Kartech Single Self-Match, and the sample used in this research is as many as 89 employees by using simple random sampling. The data of variable Y (Turnover Intention), X1 (Work Stress), and X2 (Work Environtment) are the primary data by using Likert scale model. Data analysis technique using SPSS 22.0. The result of F test in ANOVA table yield F count equal to (19,054)> F table (3.10), this means X1 and X2 simultaneously give influence to Y. Test t produce t count X1 (3,593) > table (1,987) And X2 (-4,484) <t table (-1,987), then there is influence X1 on Y and X2 to Y. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is influence Work Stress and Work Environtment to Turnover Intention. The results of research have multiple regression equation = 24,661 + 0,269X1 – 0,366X2. Test of coefficient of determination (R2) of 30,7%, that each variable X1 and X2 contribute influence of 30,7% to Y and 69,3% the rest influenced by other factors not included in the study.
