Abstract

ISMAYANI AMELIA. 8105141452. The Effect of Job Stress and Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention at PT Berdikari Logistik Indonesia Employee in Jakarta. This study aims to determine influence between Job Stress and Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention among employee of PT Berdikari Logistik Indonesia at Jakarta. This research was conducted for five months starting from January until May 2018. The research used survey method. The population in this study is all employee of PT Berdikari Logistik Indonesia which amounted to 114 employees. With reference to the Isaac table, the samples in this study were 84 respondents and using proportional random sampling for the technique of selecting respondents. Y variable (Turnover Intention), X1 (Job Stress) and X2 (Job Insecurity) is the primary data using questionnaire with Likert scale model. Data analysis technique using SPSS 23.0. F test result is F count (30,760) > F table (3,11), in this case X1 and X2 variables simultaneously has relationship with Y variable. T test produce X1 t count (2,409) > t table (1,667), it means there is positive an dsignificant relationship between X1 with Y.X2 t count (4,628) > t table (1,667), it means there is positive and significant relationship between X2 with Y. Based the analysis of multiple regression equation obtained equation Ẏ = 24,512 + 0,193X1 + 0,369X2. Based of determination coefficient (R²) test obtained value 0,432 which means Job Stress (X1) and Job Insecurity (X2) have an effect on Turnover Intention (Y) equal to 43,2% and the rest 56,8% influenced by other variables that are not researched.
