Program Studi DIII Administrasi Perkantoran, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about disciplinary work at Secretariat Policy Analysis and Development Agency Ministry of Foreign Affairs RI. Research method that used is descriptive analysis with using data though library and observation. From Writing result can concluded that to improve the attitude and morale of existing employees in carrying out the tasks that have been given the necessary regulations. For that discipline should be owned by every employee working for all rules and social norms that apply can be followed in order to increase the productivity of the company. Disciplinary action should also be enforced in the agency employees comply with all laws and social norms that exist so that the employee can perform the job as well as possible and provide maximum service to the community, in order to generate high productivity in accordance with the company's expectations. Employee discipline can be achieved if employees have self discipline. Key Word: Disciplinary Work
