Abstract
ANINDHITA DESTYANA. 2015. 8143154432. Analisis Penerapan Job Rotation Pada Admin Marketing Di PT. KSI. Program Studi D3 Administrasi Perkantoran. Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about the implementation of work rotation system and its impact, and to know how important the role of human resources management at PT. KSI which is one part of XYZ Group. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection method through literature study, observation and interview. From the results of the writing can be seen that in the implementation of job rotation are enacted by PT. KSI is not effective, resulting in the need to reconsider the implementation of job rotation system. Keywords: Human Resource Management, Job Rotation
