Abstract
Dwita Septiana, 2018; The Influence Of Reward and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance Of Senior High School In Central Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Economics Education Program, Departement of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. Counseling Team: Dr. Rd Tuty Sariwulan M.Si dan Herlitah, M.Ec.Dev. The purpose of this research is: 1) empirically test the tinfluence of rewards of on teachers performance, 2) empirically test the influence of work discipline on teachers performance, 3) empirically test the influence of rewards and work discipline on teachers performance. The object of this research is the teachers of senior high school in central jakarta. The sample used was 88 respondents. The analysis method uses regression analysis linear multiple with SPSS. The result of the research indicated that rewards have had a positive impact and significant impact on teachers performance. Work disicipline have had a positive impact and significant impact on teachers performance. Meanwhile, variable rewards and discipline work have had a positive impact and significant together on teachers performance. Keywords: Reward, Work Discipline, and Teacher Performance.
