The population in this study is all employees of PT Mitra Global Holiday which amounted to 109 employees. With reference to the Isaac and Michael table then the number of samples in this study were 78 respondents. The technique of selecting respondents using proportional random sampling, using simple random method. For data collecting researchers using interview techniques and questionnaires with Likert scale. The three variables are Organizational Commitment (Y), Organizational Communication (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) are the primary data obtained from the dissemination of research questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is, first test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of linearity. Both classical assumption tests consist of multicollarity test and heteroscedasticity test. Third, multiple linear regression tests. Fourth, hypothesis test that contains t test and F test. The last one is analysis of coefficient of determination. T Test produces tcount from Organizational Communication is 3,050 > ttable 1,992 and tcount from Job Satisfaction is 4,478 > ttable 1,992. It means there is significant partial influence of Organizational Communication and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment ecause tcount > ttable. While for F test, it was found the result Fcount 17,704 > Ftable 3,119. It can be concluded that there is influence simultaneously between Organizational Communication and Job Satisfaction on Organizational commitment because Fcount > Ftable. Multiple regression equation obtained result Ẏ = 2,293 + 0,563X1 + 0,618X2. R2 coefficient of determination value is 0,321. It means that Organizational Communication (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) variables affect on Organizational Commitment (Y) by 32,1%.
