Abstract

GEARENT FIRDAUS, 8105141509. The Influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of Employees X Group PT Y at Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta : Study Program of Economic Education,Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on turnover intention on employees of X group PT Y at Jakarta. This research was conducted for six months from February 2018 till July 2018. The method of research is survey with correlational approach. The population in this research were all employees at X group head office amounted to 523 employees. Population affordability in this research are employees sales and marketing division of PT Y head office amounted to 57 employees. The technique sampling had been used simple random sampling, the sample in this research was 48 respondents. Based on the analysis requirements test, data has been normal and have a linear relationship. Based on the classic assumption test, the absence of multicollinearity for Tolerance value of organizational culture and job satisfaction of 0,847 > 0,10, and VIF value of 1,180 < 10. While, heteroskedasticity test with of Glejser test, the significance of organizational culture 0,244 > 0,05 and job satisfaction 0,847 > 0,10. and Then regression equation that Ŷ = 119,186 - 0,736 X1 - 0,373 X2.Then, Based on the hypothesis test was the results of the F test with (Fcount > Ftable), that of amount to 27,045 > 3,20. Then, based on the results of the t test with (tcount > ttable or -tcount < -ttable ), that organizational culture is -4,529 > -1,679 and job satisfaction of -3,565 < -1,679. Based on the coefficient determination test,organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously influence on turnover intention of 54,6% while the rest of 45,4% influence by the other factors not research. Conclusion of this research, there are significant influence between organizational culture and job satisfaction on turnover intention on employees of X group PT Y at Jakarta.
