Abstract
MUHAMAD KHOIRUL AKHYAR. 8105145063. The effect of Training on Organizational Commitment of Employees PT Putra Sinar Permaja. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. Juli 2018 This study aims to determine whether there is the effect of training on organizational commitment of employees at PT. Putra Sinar Permaja Jakarta. This research was conducted for two months from 12 March to April 2018. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this research were all employees at PT. Putra Sinar Permaja Jakarta. Population affordability are all employees of cleaninig service division amounted to 119 employees. The sample used in this research was 89 employees using simple random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Organzizational Commitment) are secondary data obtained from cleaning service data in Januari until Maret 2018. While the variable data X (Training) instrument used was s questionnaire using Likert scale models Before use, be tested construct validity through a validation process that is the calculation of corelation coefficient score of grains with a total score and reliability tests with Cronbach Alpha formula. Results X variable reliability of 0,86 and prove that the instrument reliable. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel begins with finding test requirements analysis is the normality test using methods Liliefors test and obtained count of 0.086 <Ltable 0.094 at a significance of 0.05 then the data were normally distributed. Then look for regression linearity test obtained Fcount 0.67 <Ftable 3.95 which means linear regression model. Regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 13,18 + 0,868X. Hypothesis testing is the significance test of regression, it is known Fcount 177.32 <Ftable 3.95, while for. The t test produces thitung 13.32> ttable 1.66. Then the determination coefficient test obtained 67.09%, the remaining 32.91% was influenced by other factors not examined It is concluded that there are significant positive and significant correlation between training on organizational commitment of employees at PT Putra Sinar Permaja Jakarta.
