Abstract
RAHAYU KENCANA WATI. The Influence Of Service Quality And Promotion On Saving Decision Of Customers BNI BankAccounting Education 2015 & 2016 State University Of Jakarta. Skripsi. Economic Education Study Program, Concentration of Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2018. This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and promotion on saving decision of customers BNI Bank accounting education 2015 & 2016 State University of Jakarta based on data and facts valid and trusted. His research was conducted at Faculty of Economics, Economic Education Study Program, Concentration of Accounting Education, State University of Jakarta. The method used is survey method with correlation approach. To obtain the the influence of variabel with other variabels. Calculation of the validity of the problem using product moment formula and reliability of the problem using the formula Alpha Cronbach. This data analysis technique is done precondition test first is normality test by using Liliefors test and Linierity test. Then do with hypothesis test by using t-test. The test results of the analysis recuirements stated that data is normally distributed. he test results of the linierity test that linier relation. Hypothesis testing for service quality shows t count result (2,281) > t table (1,982). Dan hypothesis testing for promotion shows t count result (2,687) > t table (1,982). Thist means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so that there is a significant influence of service quality and promotion on saving of customers BNI Bank accounting education 2015 & 2016 State University of Jakarta.
