Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) Description of financial compensation, internal communication and organizational commitment non production division PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama, (2) The influence of financial compensation on organizational commitment of non production division PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama, (3) The influence of internal communication on organizational commitment of non production division PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama, (4) Financial compensation and internal communication has significant predictability to organizational commitment of non production division PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama. This study took 109 employees as sample of non production division PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama. This Research uses descriptive analysis and explanatory. The results of this study indicate that: (1) financial compensation has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment of non production division PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama, (2) Internal Communication has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment of non production division PT Gemilang Maju Texindotama, (3) This research has fulfilled the prediction F test/Model Feasibility test with Fcount is 58,449.
