Abstract
SORAYA EKA OKTAVIANI the Relationship Between Employee Empowerment Employee Productivity at PT Batavia Bintang Berlian Mitsubishi Showroom in Kelapa Gading. Thesis, Jakarta. Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2013. This research was conducted at PT Batavia Showroom Mitsubishi Diamond Star, for two months from April 2013 to June 2013. purpose of this study is to obtain the proper knowledge to obtain empirical data and facts right, valid, invalid, and can be trusted and relied on the relationship between employee empowerment with the marketing productivity of PT Batavia Showroom Mitsubishi Diamond Star Kelapa Gading. The research method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Batavia Showroom Mitsubishi Diamond Star. Inaccessibility population is employees of PT Batavia Marketing Showroom Mitsubishi Diamond Stars by 55 people. The sampling technique used was simple random technique as many as 48 people. The resulting regression equation is Y = 62.75 + 0.416 X. Test requirements analysis is the normality test on the estimated error of regression Y on X to produce L Liliefors test count = 0.057, whereas the L table for n = 48 at significance level of 0.05 is 0.1278. Because L count <L table then error estimates Y over X is normally distributed. Linearity regression test produces F count <F table is 0.89 <2.25, so concluded that the linear regression equation. Test the significance of regression produces F count> F table, ie 23.61> 4.05, meaning that the regression equation significantly. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0.582, later tested the significance of the correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting t = 4.859 and t table = 1.68. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.582 is significant. Obtained coefficient of determination of 33.9% which shows that 33.9% of variation is determined by the productivity of the employees of employee empowerment.
