Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT, FAMILY-WORK CONFLICT, AND JOB STRESS ON NURSES PERFORMANCE AT ANNA MEDIKA HOSPITAL BEKASI Hazmi Romdhoni Abstract Performance has a very important role because performance is a form of the end result of the employee's process of completing the task. Employees who are able to complete their tasks properly will have high performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict, family-work conflict, and work stress on the performance of nurses at Anna Medika Hospital Bekasi. This study uses a quantitative approach, with an observation unit for female nurses at Anna Medika Bekasi Hospital who are married. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The data used in this study came from primary data and secondary data. The method used is descriptive analysis. The analysis technique in this study is the validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using smartPLS software. From the results of hypothesis testing, the information and conclusions are as follows: Anna Medika Hospital nurse performance is influenced by work-family conflict, family-work conflict, and work stress variables of 88.1% while the remaining 11.9% is influenced by other variables that cannot be explained in this study. While work stress variables are influenced by work-family conflict variables, and family-work conflict of 31.2%, while the remaining 68.8% are influenced by other variables not found in this study.
