Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) Description of organizational culture, work environment on employee performance of PT. Z Jakarta, (2) Effect of organizational culture on employee of PT. Z Jakarta, (3) The influence of work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Z Jakarta. This study took a sample of 83 employees of PT. Z Jakarta. This study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Z Jakarta, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Z Jakarta.
